The methods for dealing with backups don't take into account the fact that some backups have the same name as another, just going on for longer. When that happens, methods that move backed up tables around will move the longer-named backups without realizing it. To fix, backup-naming convention needs to be changed, or at least the create backup script should prevent initial segment naming.
