i am many hours working and studding in front of the computer and i got
a tendinitis on the shoulder.
i was lucky that i went to the best public team for treating this in
now that i have learned the exercises i would like to share them with you.
i learned in
that you can add them in share/exercises/exercises.xml
i saw that you keep images (png and xcf) in
besides explaining the exercises, i know gimp and i have used blender.
so, if you give to me the sources for miss workrave in blender (i belive
you made it on this program, but i can be wrong) i can make a design
that has unity with the rest of the images.
would you be interested?
also, i can ask to the doctors other exercises to keep us healthy :)
