Our working wikis now have:
* buttons to add tags and tabs (look to the right of the button bar
that appears above the edit window)
* upload file buttons in context. These appear in the source file
list on the MP page, and also on the View Project File page for source
files.
In my opinion, this makes it much easier to introduce people to doing
small projects on the wiki. In particular, it makes it very easy to
set up a project for somebody and tell them to manually upload new
versions of files when they want to.
