[ww-users] improved support for section editing

Lindsay called my attention to the problem with section editing in 
WorkingWiki last week - when you edit a section of a wiki page, you get 
a bunch of cryptic error messages from WorkingWiki.  This bug has been 
swimming around in the lake of known issues for a long time, but hadn't 
really poked its head out at me in a while, so I was interested in being 
reminded of it.  Then in conversation with Jonathan I realized that it 
might actually be really easy to fix.  Sure enough, now I've fixed it up.

If you've been avoiding using the "[edit]" links attached to section 
headings, you can go back to using them now.
