I've created a code repository, bug tracker and email list for WorkingWiki at 
sourceforge.net:

(the code isn't moved there from lalashan yet.)

This list is for people who have workingwiki running at their sites.  I don't 
know whether we'll want to have separate lists for people who run working wikis 
and people who use them...  for now this is maybe for both.

There are other trackers, forums, etc. attached to the project on sourceforge, 
but I plan to disable some or all of them for simplicity.
