#648 dynamic display preference doesn't work
As reported by Andrei, on a wiki where dynamic loading of project files is enabled as a feature, a "Dynamic updating of WorkingWiki files" item is offered in Special:Preferences, but setting it to "Disable dynamic updating" doesn't disable anything. In fact, you can't set it, because it continues to be set to the other option.

Hmm, ok, on http://lalashan.mcmaster.ca/theobio/worden/index.php?title=Special:Preferences at least, it seems that switching that option back and forth does work, but it always displays in the preferences page as the default value.

Yes, a bug in the display of the preferences form, caused by a bug in the documentation at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Hooks/GetPreferences. I've added a comment at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual_talk:Hooks/GetPreferences, though I don't know whether anyone reads that talk page.
Anyway, fixed in r. 1233.
