Project URIs beginning with pe-theobio: are supposed to be expanded into their pe-ww: equivalents, aren't they? Not happening in the new-ish javascript form.
A priori, I would prefer original-case, no prefix.
Unexpected changes in the way things work can always throw things off. I have projects that borrow makefiles and do other things that mean that new projects need to copy the old default style. Not a major issue, but worth thinking about before changing things.

Meant to say: the default suggestions for variable names corresponding to prereq projects are also very different now (upcased, and no prefix).
