Got a "death message" apparently associated with WW. Death messages are things that firefox sometimes does to me, and which are associated with severe computer freezes.

    When this happens to me, I figure it's because the browser is trying to do too much - but not necessarily that the page in that particular tab is doing something wrong. The script in question is part of MW, not WW, so it's probably reasonably well optimized. It's true, though, that more recent releases of MW (and WW) use more javascript, so they're more likely to have this kind of problem, compared to older releases which rely on more loading of separate pages and server-side work.
