Not sure what changed, but fixed now. Let me know if they're the wrong set of links.

These are fine now, but I have several related problems.

At http://lalashan.mcmaster.ca/theobio/projects/index.php/Sham, when the page is displayed, WW says that sham does not exist, but does not report make success or offer a log link. When the makefile link to the GPF is clicked, the links are there, but if I click make to get a new page (with a report of make success), the link to the make log is now gone.

When I go to a GPF page for a source file (e.g. http://lalashan.mcmaster.ca/theobio/projects/index.php/Special:GetProjectFile?project=Sham&make=false&filename=Makefile), the make link is suppressed, but the log and background make links are still there.

Please reopen this ticket (unless I can do it, in which case I'm sorry I failed to figure out how). This used to work, should be easy, and is a major workflow impediment.
