#58 Be smart about page renames and redirects

I ought to hook in the the "page move" action so source file locations and stuff get updated. Ideally, if a project is attached to a page it should move along with the project as well.

At a minimum, when looking for a file on a page that is now a redirect to a new location, I should follow the redirect.
