#561 extra pulldowns

When a project file fails to make, it comes back with a message that says "Error: Make ‘X’ failed. Consult the log file for more information.", and a bracketed set of alt links. My code makes that bracketed widget into a pulldown, and adds a pulldown outside the error message box. One would be enough.

Also, the error message is also displayed in a floating notification bubble, in which its alt links widget is also made into a pulldown arrow, but in the bubble it doesn't actually pull down, and clicking the arrow just makes the notification go away, the same as clicking other places in the bubble.
