This is a version of the problem that MathJax also has, where you follow a link to a certain heading within a page, say http://whatever.wiki/Page#Section_name, and after you get there a bunch of things get expanded above it and it wanders downward until you're looking at an earlier part of the page.

It would be nice if there's a way to make the browser stay at the anchor.
