#539 Frozen project

The page at http://lalashan.mcmaster.ca/theobio/mmed/index.php/SIR_model_family was repeably spinning forever (and eventually producing a Bad Gateway at least once).

I URL hacked it and added DISABLE_MAKE. Now it produces the page ... and then spins forever. Clicking on a project file (I've been clicking on the log link near the top of the page) also spins forever (and does not produce anything).

I have the same "spinning forever" for the manage project page "Manage Project: SIR_model_family"

Copied the PD to make a new directory that would try to do the same thing. It froze, too, immediately, making me wonder if the problem is actually in one of the prereq directories (those are frozen, too, it's not obvious which direction the causality would run).
