It can't be done in the current framework. This is partly because the
timeout is a security measure, to prevent wiki editors from carrying out
a denial of service attack.
Thus we allow the site administrator to set the timeout per-wiki, but we
don't allow wiki editors to change the timeout per-project or in any
other way from the wiki interface.
I know adjusting it per-wiki doesn't give you as much flexibility, but
maybe it can meet your needs? I assume you want a longer timeout for
some project or projects. Is it important to have a shorter timeout
elsewhere on the same wiki?
