#43 Nonexistent non-displayable files

If I ask for a non-existent non-displayable file with make=false, WW gives me a link instead of reporting that the file doesn't exist. Clicking through gives a .php error.

Desired behaviour would be a file does not exist warning, with a make button, and no link.

E.g., http://lalashan.mcmaster.ca/theobio/PopEco/index.php?title=Special:GetProjectFile&project=Study_questions&make=false&filename=example.pdf

Oh, no this is regarding the link in the GetProjectFile page, not in a wikitext page.
