#427 Specify default project for a given page, explicitly

See [#409]. Why go through all this deduction to guess what project the page's author intends to be using? Just store a default_project in the page's page_props field in the db.

Probably the only impediment to this, other than a day of routine coding, is to provide an interface to set and modify the default project.
