#29 Space handling in file names in source-file tags

I've had several minor issues with the handling of spaces at the beginning or end of file names in source-file tags. These are always typos, so I usually just fix them, but consistent handling would be helpful.

For example, I recently accidentally typed filename=" Makefile". WW suggested I add a file called "Makefile", then reported not being able to find it after I did so, which is confusing.

Not so clear what the best behaviour would be. Best for me would be if spaces at the beginning or end of a filename are simply an error, but I'm not sure if that works for all projects.
