#22 export/import cycle is broken
Since the format of project file exports is changed, you can no longer import the .tar.gz file you are given back into a WW wiki. To fix this is nontrivial, because the new export files include multiple projects, and ImportProjectFiles doesn't handle multiple projects.
The ImportProjectFiles interface is full of bugs, and is a total white elephant, and it'd be great to just ditch it and stick to a command-line interface or git or something.

The Special:Export option would address that, at least to the extent of allowing you to export a single project, which can be re-imported.
