#217 GetProjectFile page tab should provide an escape from preview

On Special:ManageProject, if you open it from a preview page, you get a ManageProject interface that's bound to the preview session: you can use it to make targets in the preview directory and such. You can click on the page tab - the one at the top that says "special" - to "escape" to a ManageProject page in the persistent session. Special:GetProjectFile should provide the same escape for viewing a given project file in the persistent directory rather than the preview one. Currently it doesn't retain the filename argument, so it takes you to a directory listing of the persistent directory rather than to the file you are trying to view.
