#216 GetProjectFile doesn't create preview directory
This is sort of halfway by design, but isn't really desirable. Create a page with no project files on it except one that's display=link. Preview and click the link. It can't make or display the file because there's no preview session directory. This is because WW doesn't do the sync-all-source-files operation during preview except when there's a make request from the page being previewed, because that's the only time it can assemble all the source files.

This means that display=link just doesn't work during preview, unless there happens to be something else on the page that causes it to sync the source files.
Also, I thought I had a ticket for this general subject, but I'm not finding it now.
