#163 color code when something's wrong that isn't your fault

When trying to write code on the wikis, you have 100 error messages in a row that are your fault and you have to fix them, and when the 101st is a failure in the software or the server, why wouldn't you think it's your fault and try to figure out how to undo it? WW should use a simple visual system to distinguish the two different kinds of problems.
