#114 need a 'project last modified' date

I guess this connects to the need for a project history page:

But if citing a page requires using the last modification date as publication date, it might be important that project files on that page can reflect changes to source files stored on other pages, made more recently than the last change to the page in question. Given that, what is the last modified date? It's whichever is greater of the page's last modification and the last modifications of the project's source files.
