Suggestion: "Start Program or apply different action to the current file" should remember start mode for the command.
Right now one can click through "in terminal -> normal -> show output -> etc", but the choice(if it is different from whatever was set in the hotkey settings) is not saved per program entered in "Enter Command", even though different programs are saved in command history. It would make sense to save any changed settings that were selected for a specific program, alongside the program, in "startprog-history".
The use case for that is, for example, choosing to run programs normally as default, but then selecting "nano {f}" and "in terminal", to always be able to open file with nano quickly, by going through history. History access is very conveniently bound to down arrow, after all.
Right now you have to either choose terminal or normal programs, or you have to use multiple hotkeys.
