#48 Buttons to be permanently locked in decided position

If you decide to increase/decrease number of columns/rows in the Button config after you have put your buttons into a decided place, they will change postion, and you'll have to move them back into place manually. This can be a lot of work, and is pretty annoying. An option to lock the buttons in a decided position, would therefore be great. This function should also be saved into the configuration file too, so the buttons stay in locked position when importing/exporting.
