it seems there is a problem when updating resolutions or
descriptions where any thing that htmlentities could
munge gets multiplly mugend and then is not correctly
displayed..
e.g.
but a "nice" enhancement for the future
becomes
but a 'nice' enhancement for the future
which is stored in the db as
but a 'nice' enhancement for the
future
