Just finished some testing.  Confirmed 1022751 squashed and the code 
seems to work otherwise.  I'm going to update the Pg port-specific 
documentation to some degree to reflect the 1.2.1 update.  Should be 
ready for a 1.2.1 port release when the documentation is updated.
