#13 NuGE self-initialisation doesn't

Looking at the bug tracker, I'm not sure if this'll get
looked at, but hey ;)

Just trying to install NuGE as a standalone, and
created the nuge database and user, with the nuge user
having all priviledges on the nuge db. The docs seem to
indicate that the first time I start up NuGE, it will
do the work. However, it doesn't. The first thing it
tries to do is select * from nuge_configuration - which
obviously doesn't exist.

Any tips? Or SQL dump files?
