#4 TextPOS -> AnnotationView

It would be cool to have an AnnotationView that acts like
TextPOS view where it displays the annotations above the
actual text, but this view would display all kinds of
annotation and color code them based on their type
(Paragraph, Sentence, POS, Oncology...). We could have a
drop down of all the annotations to turn them on and off in
the view.
