A superfluous line saying "Title page" (from txt_TitlePage) is being inserted in the beginning of the converted text.

This message is not present on the Word document and there doesn't seem to be an option to turn it off.

    It looks like its supposed to be a placeholder for a title page. You can disable it by commenting out the lines:

    If NeedsPageTitle Then
    With Selection
    .InsertAfter GetReg("txt_TitlePage") & vbCr & "----" & vbCr
    .Style = wdStyleNormal
    '.ClearFormatting
    End With
    End If

    in MW_InsertPageHeaders().

    It also inserts "Page header 1" and "Page footer 1" if you tell it to do headers and footers. I would be in favor of cutting all of that stuff out.

    I added an option to the config dialog to disable this in the word2007 branch with r22. I still have no idea what its used for. Maybe it grabs the title metadata field to insert in the article? Regardless, I'm going to mark this fixed since there's an option to disable it at least. Please reopen if you want a better solution.
