I used a convention I've used on other projects I'm working on. We could
also add a load from ~/.wonder/ for those who don't want extra files in
their home dir listings.

"build.properties" has a special meaning with ant when it's in the same
directory as the build.xml file -- it's loaded as a property file by
default. When it's outside the base dir of the ant project, it has to be
