Currently shutdown and reboot is done by calling the MS Windows Tool "shutdown.exe".
This tool works for many purposes on MS Windows platforms but not for all. Also Mac and Linux users won't be able to reboot / shutdown their clients.
The idea is to add a new flag to the tool definition that marks a tool as shutdown / reboot tool.
Per host you can specify which shutdown / reboot tool is to use.
This would allow administrators of mixed networks (windows / linux / mac) to define the shutdown tool they want to use per host.
