#4 Ability to select 4 place rather than 6

Provide the ability for the user, when setting up the
tournament, to select the 4 or 6 place scoring process.
Currently if you are running a four place tournament
the team scoring in Wrestling Nerd is not correct. The
scores are higher than they should be and the fate of
those that would be the fifth and sixth place finishers
can influence the outcome of a close tournament.
