WMgXMon 1.0.0 released

This is the first release of WMgXMon to the public. It supports different stats (e.g. CPU, MEM) for 2.4 kernels (2.6 not yet fully supported) and can be customized in different ways (what and how to display). Moreover WMgXMon can display result of other programs (as WMScript does).
