Rewrite

I've decided to rewrite wmDownload so that it uses the newest docklib library and write some rollover support so that it still keeps track of when you download more than 4 GB of data. I also plan on adding some sort of accouting. Making it so that you can monitor from say the 3rd of June to the 3rd of July. This will make it usefull for those who have download limits and such with your ISPs.
