There are avaible systray integration on some platforms.
Please integrate in systray: when minimized, or closed the, mainframe should show in the systray (depends in settings of corse). In widndows, KDE you can easy integrate in systray with systray4j: http://systray.sourceforge.net/

An you can instegrate the usefull Start and Stop button
