#1 Tracking visitors on site

It would be nice, if the script could be inserted on every
page of my site to track visitors. It could notify admin
about users that are X seconds on one site.

Maybe IFRAME with 1 second meta refresh, that ads
every second to counter in the database, and when the
counter hits set value, user shows on admin panel with
time already spent on the site.

Then admin hits connect button that ads "1" to new row
in users table (maybe "admin_request"). This script in
IFRAME checks the table every time it ads to the
counter, and when he sees 1 in "admin_request" he
displays popUp window with:

"I would like to help you. Please identify yourself."

That leads him to chat.

I'm not good programmer, but i think I can help a little.
