#1 support for relayed DHCP requests

The management UI and the main configuration file
should allow to add several network descriptions that
would end up in the DHCP server's subnet declarations.

This way the gateway could be used as DHCP server in
multi-location situation without the need of APs acting
as DHCP servers but as DHCP relays instead.
