History Database -- like a browser history, except it
would record when media is both started and finished.
This information would then be included in the GUI so
that the links in the media list can be color-coded as
not watched, watched, or in-progress.

Depending on how the data is stored, CGIs could be
written to add "recently added files (which have not
been watched)" and "partially viewed files" listings.
