Change in right management

Hy

I have been making some change to the right management as it was not working as expected. I also change the webservices from GET to POST and allowed images to be inserted into richtext.

I removed the form.php pages and replaced it by index.php

This file was also updated with a menu and a logout button. The menu shows the table you are allowed to use.

What I would like to add is various way to display table data, list, forms fu also agenda, process etc...
