Translation and database dump

Here is a new version

I add Richtext and multiselect fields

I also add a new option in String, Text and Richtext fields to allow the translation for these fields.

By the way I add French language ;)

I also add a dump of the mysql database if anyone want to test this. But this is a very preliminary version!
