#4 Custom Decks and Languages

People might want to put their own decks of cards into the game, but there isn't a way of registering a new deck.

There is a German, Standard, and a Japanese set of card that are available on the wizardcard web site. The code is already setup to be able to read those decks, but there is no way of connected them.
