[WiX-users] WorkingDirectory Attribute <Shortcut> tag

Does the WorkingDirectory attribute of the Shortcut tag work properly for anyone? I can't seem to get it to take hardcoded paths or relative paths using Properties. The "start in" edit box of the shortcut is always blank. For example, 
 
<Shortcut Id='dripcut' Directory='DesktopFolder' Name='DRIP' Target='[ROOTDRIVE]\Drip\Drip.exe' WorkingDirectory='[ROOTDRIVE]\drip' Show='normal'/>
 
I did try a quick search of the bugs on sourceforge, but had no luck. Thank you for any help you can offer.
