Initial Comment:
Dark appears to completely ignore the Class, Extension, 
ProgID tables. 

It appears the functions are there, the tables just aren't 
handled because there's never a place/location where 
ProcessClassTable() is called (which in turn would see to 
the other two tables).

This is discovered, again, by running Orca.msi through 
the dark->candle->light sequence and than creating a 
transform between the old MSI and the new. (There are 
lots of problems visible in that test-- more to come.)
