[wix-devs] (deprecated) WiX and shortcut doesnt work when I migrate Installshield using dark.exe

Hi there
I have used dark to decompile the installshield MSI and few observations I
would like to bring forth here are that, deprecated APIs for XML generation
prevents straightforward migration which is understandable. But the
shortcuts don't get created if the shortcuts were created for USER PROFILE.
Please let me know how to tweak that.
