#14 How To: Customize existing WiX UI dialogs

Customizing existing WiX UI dialogs is not trivial, and there's no real documentation on it on the web. We should have a topic that outlines the list of files you need to include from the WiX sources (including the resources that go into the .wixproj file on the MSBuild side), and then how to modify them.

Care should be taken to show how to pull in the WiX UI pieces as-is with no modifications, so they can be easily updated if necessary when WiX code changes.
