#1144 complus.xsd is not installed by wix3.msi (3.0.3907.0)

General info:
In the last weekly build WixComPlusExtension.dll was added back to Wix3.msi. The complus.xsd is not added back to Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Xml\Schemas.

Expected:
complus.xsd is installed to Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Xml\Schemas.
