#5 cannot make lists in block

When you make a list of items like the following:

Grocery list:

apples
oranges
pizza
spaghetti

Then you highlight from apples to spaghetti and click either the bullet list icon or numbered list icon, nothing happens. The desired behavior would be for each list item to become a bullet point or numbered list, respectively.
