[Wisp-announce] Wisp 0.9.7 released

Wisp 0.9.7, also known as the Millennium Release is now officially out.

This release highlights:
- the OO system is now in place;
- lazy lists are implemented;
- new file layer entirely written in Wisp;
- new string-file and block-file modules;
- the files necessary to create a Debian package have been written;
- a special license exception for unearthly creatures to promote
  interplanetary goodwill and trade of software.

The tarball is available through the ordinary SourceForge channels.
