#2 Changing capitalization - performance

When capitalization of a file or directory is changed,
Wiser copies the file or files in the directory,
because it treats the new name as a name of a
completely different object.

Normally Wiser does not detect renaming, but in this
case the file is the same to Windows, so it should be
enough to rename the file on other machines, without
altering the contents.
