#9 Updated French & Turkish translations

Hi,

I'm attaching updated gettext files for the French and Turkish languages, I also translated in Turkish the MessagesBundle.properties file, encoded in UTF8, in case it would be useful.

Needless to say, feel free to yell at me if I can translate something else.
